Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Nabogo app and website. By creating a profile you accept these terms.

The service

Nabogo ApS operates a carpooling platform matching drivers and passengers on a cost-sharing basis. The service is free — municipalities and companies fund the platform.

User obligations

• Minimum age for passengers: 16
• Drivers must hold a valid licence and statutory insurance
• The platform may not be used for commercial passenger transport (taxi)

Driver responsibility

The driver bears statutory responsibility for the vehicle and the journey.

Insurance

All rides are covered by the driver's liability insurance plus Nabogo's supplemental coverage.

Payment

Passengers pay via the app. Drivers receive monthly bank payouts.

Liability

Nabogo's liability is limited to direct damages up to €700 per incident.

Termination

You may delete your profile at any time.

Governing law

The agreement is governed by Danish law.
