• Trip history: rides you have created or joined
• Payment data: via our payment partner — we don't store card data

• Service delivery: matching drivers and passengers (GDPR art. 6(1)(b))
• Safety: identification in incidents
• Aggregated statistics: reporting to municipalities and companies (anonymized)

Who we share with

Only with partners as necessary — aggregated and anonymous. We never sell your data or share for third-party marketing.

Retention

• Active account: while you have a profile
• Trip data: 5 years after last ride (accounting law)
• Deleted account: anonymized within 30 days

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, port your data, and withdraw consent. You may complain to your national data protection authority. Email privacy@nabogo.com.
